Teddy on holidays in Tasmania
Little teddy was tossed at me and I caught her in my stride
I saved this little baby dog and bought her home with pride
From a home of endless fear she is my friend for life
A little puppy dog I saved her from fear and strife
My working dog she does for me the best thing of my life
She took on a wild dog that set upon my life
She beat it off and I was saved from pain and maybe even life
I changed her name to Jesus I told my lovely wife
